“I was corresponding with one of Baby Pavilions employees via email, and stop receiving responses with no warning. They made the process to get my equipment very confusing and were not willing to answer my questions when I reached out. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because their shipping was very quick. I will be switching to another provider.”

“I am so In love with the service everything was quick and easy and most of all I got a lot of information on what I can get through my insurance even after baby gets here my pump and extra bags came quick and I am very please with my case representative she was awesome I would recommend this site to all my military moms well worth it”

“Very impressed with the timeliness and efficiency of receiving my pump. I was interested in another pump that was an upgrade and I would have to pay the difference. I couldn’t find the cost difference for the portion insurance wouldn’t cover. It would be nice to have that info available”

“Baby Pavilion helped get me on track to get me the supplies I needed and covered through insurance. Prior to signing up, I was battling my insurance and trying to purchase supplies and get reimbursed. They made the process easy, quick and were incredibly friendly. “Super easy to order from and I got my items really fast. Then a month after I had my baby they sent me an email to order my supplies. It was super nice for the reminder! I've had three babies and this was my first time going with baby pavilion and so far they have been the best company to get my pump and bags from!”
