“Absolutely wonderful company and service. Super easy to give them the prescription, have the pump ordered and sent to your house within double digits hours, reminder emails for parts that insurance covers, etc. Have Tricare. Have not submitted any forms, receipts, etc., Baby Pavilion does it all for you. You tell them what you need, they tell you what is covered, it's shipped to your house super fast. Not sure of any other company like this but wish I knew about this with my first kid! Thanks, Baby Pavilion!!”

“Ordering my supplies with Baby Pavilion has been a breeze! They are quick to send out your breast pump and supplies. I had to call in regards to a resupply and one of the ladies there helped me instantly. She also answered any questions I had as well. They are super efficient and readily available to answer any questions you may have. I would 100% recommend ordering through Baby Pavilion.”

“This site is a 10/10. I ordered my breast pump and within 3 days it was on my doorstep. The website was very easy to navigate and helped me choose a breast pump that my insurance covered without having to pay any hidden or outside fees.”

“Did a great job bundling my requests and sending promptly - received within one week from request. Would like the ordering system to be more intuitive and upfront about cost. I asked for a spectra with bag and it said “additional cost” and the. Clicked next and was taken to a “Done!” Screen which was jarring experience because usually you see the receipt/cost and then are done. I had to coordinate via email prior to that to figure out how much it was.”
