“I've enjoyed using Baby Pavilion for all of my pumping equipment and accessories. I really appreciate the reminders to order new supplies. Mom brain is real and it's so easy to forget or stay on top of things sometimes. The ordering process is quick and efficient so I only have to take maybe a minute to order.”

“I actually realized a week before I was due that I didn’t order a breast pump. In previous pregnancies it took a several months for my pump to be approved and get shipped to my home. I found baby pavilion through another military spouse and decided to use it. I filled out one simple form online, submitted a photo of my prescription and received it within 3 days! It was definitely the easiest and the fastest way to order my pump!”

“I ordered from baby pavilion and FedEx hadn’t updated my shipping information/tracking in a few days. So, I reached out and was contacted back within the hour I sent out my inquiry! Big thanks to Ms Hall with customer service for clarifying my tracking details. I haven’t used my pump or bags yet, but I’m very excited to. Both, pump and bags, came in amazing condition for traveling across the country. Packaging was well done and the contents were unphased. This has already surpassed my prior experience with a storefront DME location from my first pregnancy. I also appreciated the ability to read the qualities of each item and the reviews of the product too. It made making my decision easier than expected.”
