“Not only did Baby Pavilion take care of my insurance claim for me but they also let me know of other things that are covered by insurance! I had NO IDEA! And this is my 3rd baby on the same insurance!!! Awesome service, highly recommend!”

“I heard if this company through a Facebook mom group I joined. It was so quick and easy to fill everything out and delivered so quickly! I ordered this item 3 days before my due date ( terrible I know) but item was delivered so quickly I was able to take my pump to the hospital to have them help me use it!! 10 out of 10 recommend ! Great options !”

“I am active duty military and have Tricare. This website was recommended and I could not recommend it enough. It was super easy! Just picked out what I wanted (which was the hardest part because there are a lot to choose from) then upload my prescription, hit order and it came like 2-3 days later. Super fast and easy!”

“I think maybe things have changed with insurance, but I don't like that I'm not able to receive new membranes or tubing. I don't expect to get them as often as my bags but I think we should at least get two sets. I also don't like that I have to resubmit my prescription everytime I reorder my bags. It's annoying because it's the same as the last time and you already have it on file. I also don't like that there aren't many options on the bags. Again, I believe this is an insurance issue but surely they can offer something else”

“I get my products super fast!!! I ordered my pump through them and had it within 2 days. I got a free upgrade to the Spectra Gold and absolutely love it. The process was so easy using Tricare and uploading the prescription from my doctor. I get monthly reminders for reorders of valves and bags. I love that they have the Kiinde twist bags covered by my insurance plan.”
