“Best customer service ever! It took less than 7 days (including weekends, and it was a Labor day weekend to add) from filling out the form, to them sending out the rx to my OB, to receiving my items in my front door. I highly recommend!”

“Although baby pavilion was easy to use. They send a complimentary kindle starter pack with bags, however, I am having twin girls and asked for a 2nd starter pack so I could have 2 bottles, one for each of my girls, and they said no since it’s not covered under tricare and simply complimentary. I understand, however, you couldn’t send a 2nd “complimentary” starter pack for my 2nd girl.”

“I am very pleased with my order of the Spectra s1 pump. Baby Pavilion made submitting the prescription through Tricare extremely simple and easy to understand. The only thing is I wish the shipping through Fedex was a little faster since I ordered the pump on 9/4 but didn't receive until 9/14. But other than that I am very happy with Baby Pavilion.”
