“Very very impressed by the way the team here works! I put my order in one day & my OB sent the prescription over the next day & I got my Spectra Synergy Gold pump plus milk storage bags delivered by mail in less than a week from start to finish. I also had a few questions along the way and they responded very quickly.. Talk about awesome customer service!”

“The folks at Baby Pavilion answered the phone with a live voice when I initially had questions. It was easy to submit my Dr's order for a breast pump via fax. I actually received a free upgrade to the kinde storage bags. I also received my shipment within a week and a half.”

“Fast, easy sign up and fast shipping. But lack of milk storage bag options is disappointing. I got 90 Kiinde bags and a starter kit but I use a different kind because these are awful. So more choices would be nice.”

“This company is a fraud. The president of the company told me on a phone conversation that he pays for reviews. That is why this site has a 4.9 rating. The customer experience is not accurately reflected by the reviews on this site. I encourage interested customers to look up the parent company and see how their reviews fair. That would be a more accurate representation.”

“I am beyond happy choosing this company to order from, I love that they do complimentary upgrades just for shopping with them. I was very surprised when they said we get a free starter kit for choosing the Kiinde bags I honestly won’t get any bottles because I love that you dirty less dishes with these bags being able to feed straight from the bags. They worked with me getting the prescription from my OB plus they shipped out so fast after receiving my Rx. I did recommend it to my cousin because of course it is an amazing company. I would recommend to any new mommas to order from here!!!”
