“I've waited a while to write this review because I wanted to make sure that it was accurate. So I originally went with a different company to get my breastpump through my insurance, and went with the kiinde twist bags. Well, about 4 months into my pumping journey, that company sent me a box of THE WORST KIINDE grey bags with new adapters that didn't work with the kiinde bottle. The adapter fell off of my pump multiple times. Well apparently they switched to these new bags with no warning their customers to save money and they are very cheaply made. So I decided to reach out to this company and change to them because they still offer the kiinde twist bags! Not only do they offer them but i talked to the owner of this company who reached out to me and he says he is refusing to switch, so his customers don't have to!!! I know this is a long review but im very happy I switched to this company and won't ever use anything else and wish I could have went with them from the start. The deliverys are always on time, and they get back to you promptly when you order your bags each month. Customer service is 10/10. I love this company!! Thank you for standing by your customers.”

“Baby pavilion is great. They process and ship orders quickly and easily. I love the reminders to order each month. The only thing I wish they would do is create a log in and save our information So that we don’t have to re-enter it each month.”

“Baby Pavilion makes getting a pump so easy! I just ordered my replacement parts and this process was even easier. They sent me a reminder email, had me fill out a short, simple, and to the point page, then they sent me a confirmation. A day later I got the email that my replacement parts were on the way to my home. Thank you Baby Pavilion!”

“I've had a pretty good overall experience with Baby Pavillion. My onlybreasonnfor not giving 5 stars is that I had some difficulties printing out the prescription order form to give to my OB initially. But since then, things have been really smooth sailing. I like that they give reminders for reordering milk bags so that I dont run out. And they have a large variety of products available, which is especially nice. And I'm glad that they work so well with tricare insurance! Overall I would definitely recommend”
