“Loved how easy everything was! They even called my obgyn office to get the prescription so I didn’t even have to worry about that. I got my breast bump within a week and it even had very useful information on what else tricare covers!”

“Baby pavilion has been so helpful in my breastfeeding journey! I ordered my pump and started kit and it was delivered within a week. I had plenty of time to learn about my pump before baby was born. Since having my baby I get reminder emails to order my replacement parts and my orders are always delivered within a week! The stress of having a baby is already so much and the easiness of ordering through Baby Pavilion makes life just a little bit easier!”

“I've used Baby Pavillion to purchase my breast pump and order monthly supplies for both my children. I can honestly say that I have never had an issue with them! Even when I had questions, I could easily contact them and they immediately helped me out. I even had a lost supply order and almost ran out of milk storage bags. Once I called, they expedited another shipment to me, no questions asked. For those that are military -- this is the company you need to work with. They understand the process and make ordering the pump and supplies through our insurance so easy.”

“All I had to do was fill out their form. Upload a copy of my prescription with Tricare and they sent me everything quickly. They also notify me each month when I am eligible for a refill on breast milk storage bags which is super convenient for me and takes away one less thing I have to remember to order. Super helpful and an altogether great site for all things pumping.”

“Couldn’t believe how fast customer service was! They emailed, same day! When I attempted to get a breast pump (through insurance) through the pump company’s site, I got no response. Baby Pavilion worked on it right away and the shipping was incredibly fast! Only wish I knew about it sooner, I found out about it through my doctor.”

“I’ve used Baby Pavilion twice now and have had wonderful experiences both times. The ordering process was straight forward and response time has been very quick with each order. I actually tried to order from another pump supplier but didn’t get a response for almost a week. Needless to say, I came back to Baby Pavilion, placed my order, and had the product in hand within three days. Customer service is amazing and I am so glad quality of service is still a high priority for this company.”
