“I really appreciate the amazing customer service!! They replied so quickly when I had questions, & my pump was shipped to me in less than a week! I even cancelled my order with the other company I had ordered with, especially after I read how long they took to deliver and after hearing about baby pavilion from a friend, I’m so glad that it looks like I made the right decision! Definitely going to recommend them to other friends!”

“My husband and I are active duty military and have used Baby Pavillion for years. I was saddened when I thought I could no longer use their service until speaking with Ms. Katie. She made the process very easy and her customer service was the best I've encountered from any company in a long time! This is an amazing company because of staff like her!”

“I received an email from Debbie at Baby Pavilion soon after submitting the request letting me know my request was received and asked for additional information from my OB provider substantiating my need for a breast pump. As soon as the prescription for a breast pump was submitted, Debbie gave clear instructions on the shipment date. Since I planned on traveling, she accommodated my needs by delaying the shipment so I could be home when the pump was delivered. Baby Pavilion is prompt and reliable. I felt taken care of and already recommended them to my pregnant friends.”

“We have Tricare and everything with Baby Pavilion was so easy. It was wonderful. I also love the monthly reminder emails about asking for more breastmilk bags. Just everything is so easy, and that is a huge perk when you've just had a baby.”

“I decided to get my items here out of any other place as I trusted this website to provide the best service possible for me. Especially since I have tricare and they had the best options including the kiinde bags for me to get. I will order from them as many times as I can under tricare. Everything is super clean and packaged neatly, and their shipping is super fast too.”

“10/10 recommend! Super easy to submit orders every month. Got my spectra s2 through them and was at my door in less than a week. My weekly shipment of milk bags are also here within 5 days of ordering on the website. So much easier using Baby Pavilion than going through tricare to get reimbursed.”
