“Baby pavilion was fast with delivery and emailed back same day for any issues. I had to call the 1800 number twice and they were always respectful. A+++”

“The breast pump was delivered quickly and the quality of the pump is really good. I used a Medela when I was in the hospital, and this Medela pulls out as much milk as the hospital-grade pump did for me. I would definitely recommend!”

“I was so impressed! I turned in the paperwork to my doctor and 2 hours later I received a text double checking the correct pump and my address. I received the pump 2 days later! That’s the fastest customer service I have ever received anywhere!”

“I love the customer service and how quickly the order gets packed.. but I don’t like how slow the shipment takes to get to my home. I reorder every 30 days and I ran out quickly. Shipments used to take 3-5 days but now I don’t receive my bags until 10 days after it’s been shipped. I have to purchase bags from the local store to get by until my next shipment arrives.. the purpose of going through insurance is to not pay out of pocket for refills”

“I had a fast and painless experience ordering a breast pump through Baby Pavilion. From the start, everything was easy- ordering online, communication, and delivery. It only took one day for my breast pump to be processed and then shipped...and that time includes faxing my doctors office for a breast pump prescription! I ordered a breast pump about 3.5 years ago through a different company that I had the option to go through again but decided to give Baby Pavilion a chance because of the recommendations. I’m so glad I did! My order included more than I thought I would receive, and I’m still shocked at how quickly my order came together. I highly recommend Baby Pavilion!”
