“It was an amazing experience working with Baby Pavilion. They made the process of receiving a Tricare covered breast pump absolutely seamless! Brendy was so quick to assist me with acquiring a prescription and then getting my breast pump just 48 hours later! I cannot recommend Baby Pavilion enough, truly they are incredible and have such an efficient process! I wish I would have known about this company sooner! - Alysse”

“I was super impressed with how easy it was to submit and how quickly things arrived. I was hesitant at first attempting to fill out the forms because I wasn't sure what the difference was for the packages, so some clarification there would be helpful (why does one Spectra have a tote but the other doesnt?). But overall a great experience, I'd recommend using this service to anyone who needs a pump!”

“I ordered my breast pump over the weekend (Saturday night or Sunday sometime), Monday Brendy emailed me on Monday letting me know about the milk storage bag benefits and thanking me for placing my order. Wednesday my pump arrived. LIKE WHAT! Talk about fast & amazing customer service! I wasn’t sure who to get a pump through and I found Baby Pavilion after some googling and am SO thankful!”

“What an amazing company! As a first time mom, I had no clue how getting a breast pump through insurance worked. Not only that, I have TRICARE so I thought it would've been a hassle. One quick phone call to Baby Pavilion and they immediately took care of everything. The monthly reminder emails to order parts are also wonderful since I now have mom brain and can't remember anything. 10/10 customer service! I've already recommended them to other expecting moms.”
