“I love this service! Baby Pavilion was so easy and fast to get set up with! They handled everything for me and it only took me 5 minutes to do the form online! I definitely recommend this service to get your breast pump through insurance! I wouldn’t have been able to figure it out myself.”

“I high recommend Baby Pavilion, their customer service is amazing. I filled out my form to get a breast pump, I didn’t have a written perscription so I called my OB office to get it faxed over. As soon as they faxed it over, Baby Pavilion updated me letting me know they received it and would be sending out my pump. That same day I received an email letting me know it shipped (that was quick) and it even arrived earlier than expected! When I opened the box, I was so happy to receive my pump, tote, breast milk storage bags, now I’m ready and prepared for my baby’s arrival. Thank you Baby Pavilion!”

“Super responsive! I sent them an email with a couple questions and I got a response within a day. I love the selection of pumps they have too. One note to mamas who want a pump you’ll pay extra for (upgrade): call them to pay the difference. There was not play during “checkout” to pay the difference between what insurance will cover and the cost of the pump. Once I called them and paid, they shipped it out the next day. Thanks for making this easy!”

“One word Awesome 👌 But here are the details I love the order reminders because as a mom of 3 i no longer have the time or memory to actually remember the order i need to place I love how fast my stuff arrives if I'm running late on my orders Customer service personnel are friendly The bags rock! They take a lot of hassle out of my day!”
