“I am so glad my lactation consultant told me about Baby Pavilion. It took out 100% of the stress I had about ordering a pump through insurance. I ordered the pump I wanted in a matter of minutes and they reached out to me within 2 hours of the order or verify my information and get the order processed. I got my pump in the mail a few days later! I could not recommend this company enough!”

“I can’t rave enough about baby pavilion. I was sketchy at first because you get so much more than any other breast pump company and it sounded too good to be true. So I emailed them first regarding my prescription to see if it was sufficient for them and they replied back real fast. So friendly, Felt like I was texting a friend. They have so many options that I was confused about what to get. (Not really a problem,I know) as if that isn’t enough they give you a very nice upgraded package instead of just a basics. Not just a pump, but all that you might need such as milkbags and the cooler, ect. I placed my order, They sent it the same day. And within two days, I had a nice box in front of my door. Hassle free, just easy, no headache. Thanks for the top-notch service. Haven’t had such a good experience in a long time. And as a first time, mom, I Appreciate it.”

“Crazy how easy and smooth it was to order with BP, there were a few medical shops locally that we could go to with tricare but they were very limited on the pumps we could pick. I filled out the form and attached my prescription and we had a tracking number an hour later with our pump on the way! If you are military and looking for the best option with tricare this is it!”

“I have been very impressed with the quick responses, timely manner in which I received my pump, and friendliness of staff. The website was easy to navigate. I made a mistake and uploaded my old prescription for a pump and that same day someone reached out to me, she fixed it, and made sure my pump got put on the truck to ship out that same day!The owner has also contacted me for feedback. If that is not true dedication and a sign of compassion then I don’t know what is. I highly recommend & will use in the future. Also love hearing real voices on the line vs automated calls. “My first pregnancy I didn’t know much of what I wanted to order for a pump. I ended up ordering the spectra s1 and it just didn’t work well for me. I even had it inspected by my lactation consultant for fit and to make sure I was using it properly. It was also ordered through military medical supplies (MMS) and they promised me breast milk bags. I got one box of 100 bags and after that they told me I needed to buy them myself as they were no longer provided. I was fortunate to produce well enough that I never needed my pump and used the haakaa instead to just collect let down while feeding. This is now my second pregnancy. I did my research on pumps and what I wanted to give a try to for this round. I searched ALL of my breast pump options across many sites- MMS, Aeroflow, Baby Pavilion, a place called mommy care kit that my OB office suggested, etc. I compared all the pumps and what was available to me covered by my insurance- TriCare East (Humana military). I very specifically decided I wanted to give the Lansinoh discreet duo a try and Baby Pavilion was THE only site who offered it. I wanted to try a hands free option and something that had silicone and didn’t require me to hold something against myself. Not only was I extremely happy to see it was everything I wanted but the process was fast AND easy compared to what I used in the past. I’m unsure the process of getting breast milk bags in the future or how that promise holds true, but it was THE fastest and easiest process in anything military related that I have dealt with yet. I uploaded my prescription as a photo and selected my pump and within an hour it was approved and another hour from that it was prepared and ready for shipping. While I don’t plan to have anymore children- I wish so much that someone recommended, explained, and suggested Baby Pavilion to me the first round. The easement of use as well as getting exactly what I wanted couldn’t have eased my mind or thrilled my emotions more. I highly recommend them to anyone without a second thought.”

“Baby Pavilion was recommended to me by a Physician at Portsmouth Naval Medical Center to get my Breast Pump, once I recevied my prescription from my midwife, I put my order in that Monday and received all of my supplies that following Wednesday! I can't even begin to explain how impressed I am at how fast Baby Pavilion received, reviewed, packaged and shipped my order to me, made getting what I needed for me and my baby seamless, easy and stress-free.
