“Baby Pavilion email reminded me it was time to receive my monthly free pumping supplies, auto filled in my info, let me select what I wanted, and shipped it quickly. How much easier could it be?! So helpful, especially while taking care of a newborn! I highly recommend from first pump order and beyond!”

“I honestly would have more kids just to use Baby Pavilion. They make everything so easy. They remind me when I need to order new supplies. I feel like they’re my own little fairy godparents that check in on me. Uploading my script for my pump was too easy. Everything ships extremely fast! I was late to ordering my pump but it was delivered before I got home from the hospital. 10/10”

“Baby Pavillion has been easy to use, not only for getting my pump but also for refills on milk freezer bags. At the beginning of the month they send me a reminder email asking if I would like a refill. All I have to do is select yes, and then the products are delivered to my house within a few days”

“I am so impressed with this company, I received a phone call personally from Randy Paulson (Owner) to help sort out some insurance issues and get me set up with some parts and pieces for my pump. I already Highly Recommend this company. They are so easy to work with and extremely personable. I was beyond impressed.”

“The owner Randy called me directly and got me set up with a new Elvie portable pump. I originally ordered the pump from another site but they took awhile to fulfill the order and charged me more. That company also did not ship bags monthly. Randy with Baby Pavillion charged me less for my out of pocket portion (since I wanted a portable pump) and the rest was covered by tricare. 2 days after our initial call the pump came in the mail with storage bags. Happy I will get my monthly bags and additional pumping supplies through them as well. Very great customer service and very quick turn around.”

“So thankful for Baby Pavilion! I’m a first-time mom, so I really had no clue what I was doing as far as ordering my pump and supplies. Their website is very user friendly and the customer service people are so helpful! Katie reached out to me regarding my order and made sure I was good to go and even congratulated me on my baby! I also love the reminder emails to order new supplies so I never run completely out.”

“I worked with Baby Pavilion for the bag resupply program in 2020, and they are just as wonderful in 2024 with the whole pump process. A team member emailed me after I filled out the form online; she took care of my prescription and my order was processed the same day. I had my pump in just a few days. Excellent customer. I will highly recommend to all of my friends needing a pump through Tricare.”
