“Ordering my pump was very easy! I like that they send out reminder emails to order milk bags (otherwise I will definitely forget). It would be nice if they have pump parts to order instead of going thru the manufacturer.”

“Baby Pavilion is always ontime and very informative! If ever they are out of something they fix it an make it equally as good! Very great customer service, even offer lactation consulting 24 hrs after an order! They email to remind you to order if you need it and the delivery is very fast!”

“Very good company to use for first time mommas. I had to fill out a brief form and attach my prescription. My products arrived shortly after that and they even kept track of my Refills. I didn't have to set a reminder because they sent me emails every 30 days.”

“The online form was easy to fill out. Within a day, Debbie contacted me via email and explained the process for the pump I had chosen. It arrived in the mail fairly quickly along with the breast milk bags. I am very pleased with the service of Baby Pavilion so far!”

“This is my second time using baby pavilion for my pumping needs. They have made the process so easy! They take care of everything involving insurance, and are quick to get you your pump and supplies right to your door. They also reach out to you via email to see if you need more bags or supplies, I find this so helpful considering my brain after baby is super forgetful. Thank you Baby Pavilion!”

“Overall a very good company to order from. My insurance allowed me to choose between two different breastmilk bags whereas other places only had one option. I also upgraded to a pump that my insurance would cover and the difference was very minimal so I was able to afford the upgrade to a wearable pump. I heard other sites can be expensive for upgrades but it was less than 70 for an upgrade to the willow go. It's even easy to order more bags from them. Would recommend and have recommended them to friends and family who have Tricare and need a pump.”
