“Baby Pavilion received my prescription from my OB’s office and contacted me almost immediately. Before I knew it, my breast pump and supplies arrived at my doorstep! Great customer service!”

“Baby Pavilion was super easy to use when ordering my breast pump! I found them online when searching for Tricare covered breast pumps and went to their site which had what I needed on the first page I came to! I already had my prescription ready so I just input it into their system and selected the pump I wanted. Within a day or two I was notified by email that my prescription image had an issue and was able to get it to them quickly and they had my order shipped the next day! I had my order placed and received my pump within the same week and probably would have had it even faster if I had not had an error with my prescription! Military insurance can sometimes be confusing so I appreciated the easy process and fast shipping! I have not used my pump yet because I’ll be giving birth in the next few weeks but everything arrived looking great and sealed up brand new and I can’t wait to try it out! I already had a pump picked out before visiting the site but if you don’t then do not worry because they have info right there on the site and they also have great customer service that can help you out! I will say that the rep I spoke with was super friendly which was nice because here lately I have struggled to find kind people who genuinely were willing to help. 5/5 stars from me!”

“Haven’t tried the pump yet since I’m not due until November. I’ve been procrastinating on which pump to order and some people claim that it took forever for them to receive their pumps from other websites but Baby Pavilion was able to ship mines within the same week that I submitted my form! Thank you for making everything easy for me! First time mom and stressed is an understatement at this point.”

“Baby Pavilion has been so helpful. They responded within 24 hours of my OB's request, were prompt in responding to my calls, and helped me pick out the best option for me and our growing family. They said the products would ship by a certain date and they did! I received tracking the whole time. Super helpful during a crazy time.”
