“I love the customer service. I've never had to contact customer service, but they contact me once a month to remind me to order my extra supplies that I am entitled to through my insurance company's policy on pump coverage. I appreciate that they remind me to order the extras. I also appreciate how quickly supplies ship and arrive once ordered. Thank you for helping make my nursing journey as stress free as possible on one end the process.”

“I ordered my breast pump and not even a week later I received it on my door step! Delivery was so quick! On top of that, they sent me free supplies and milk bags too!”

“As a new mom, replacing pump parts was not something I remembered to do. I am so thankful that Baby Pavilion sent me an email reminding me. They had all my information saved and re-ordering took 2 minutes! The parts also arrived in only a couple of days!”

“Baby pavilion is a MUST for tricare mamas! They are so quick to get orders out and make sure everything is billed correctly so we don’t have to fight with the insurance company. They are so nice when making phone calls and if they have questions instead of delaying your order they call you right up! With Medical supplies (breast pump, and bags) it’s great to know there are companies out there that care like baby pavilion! I will recommend every mama to them! Even when other deliveries are delayed I ALWAYS get my baby pavilion order on time or earlier!”

“I have been using Baby Pavilion for the last six months now and I am very pleased with my service! Customer service is always prompt and friendly. I was having a recent issue with my insurance and I was able to email them and get a response in less than 24 hours! Also, if you are under the TRICARE Replenishment Program you know get 90 Kiinde bags compared to 80 Kiinde bags that were received before. I also recently started receiving my reminder emails to order which is very helpful for this busy mama! Thanks Baby Pavilion for your kind, great, quick service! My bags always get shipped immediately after ordering, which is another great feature of this service!”
