“They stopped sending me monthly reminders for storage bag reorders after 3 months. Once I figured this out I put a reminder on my calendar to reorder every 30 days. An email would arrive showing an order confirmation then nothing after. I'd call and would be berated for asking because "they don't work weekends" even though it had been well over a week without any shipment confirmation. Coincidentally, not long after the calls I'd receive an email confirmation for shipment and order details showing the order was placed that day even though that was not the case. Tricare covers 100 milk storage bags for three years after a birth, but due to Baby Pavilion's unreliable system my bags only come once every 6-8 weeks and that's despite my monthly reminders to order and only after I call and ask for updates. I'm glad others have had a positive experience with them, but I would never recommend this company over the many others who provide the same service but with actual good customer service.”

“The process of getting my pump and bags was incredibly easy. I'm very thankful they make everything streamlined and easy because I had no idea what I was doing. Without baby pavilion I probably wouldn't have the pump, parts and bags except for through my baby shower or out of pocket.”

“Baby Pavilion has been so wonderful, through my pumping with both of my kids. The paperwork was minimal, everything was easy with reminder emails, and the few times I had to reach out (for example, I moved and forgot to change my address on the site), they were incrdibly responsive and helpful. In a time of life that's already so overwhelming and stressful, I'm glad I chose Baby Pavilion, as it was one less thing to think about!”

“I had a great experience ordering my breast pump and milk storage bags for my last pregnancy. It was super simple, and with Tricare my spectra pump was completely covered as well as milk storage bags for 2 years following birth. I was also able to order compression socks with a prescription from my doctor (that was fully covered as well). I highly recommend ordering through Baby Pavilion, especially if you are a Tricare beneficiary.”

“Beware: this company will send you extremely dated equipment. I was shipped a pump manufactured in 2021. When calling to speak with the company, they continuously redirected me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer confirmed that all pumps sent out should be dated no later than 12 months from the date received. Currently working with my insurance to correct their error. DO NOT USE IF YOU DESIRE A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE. Customer service rep was also extemely ill advised on policy regarding dated pumps. Look elsewhere!”

“Baby Pavilion is absolutely amazing! They make it so easy and do able to get your pump. Years ago when my son was in the NICU the paperwork to try and get a medical grade pump rental covered was over whelming. We returned the pump rental early the phone calls and paperwork were awful. In 2016 with our third baby I didn’t even try to get a pump. A coworker told me about Baby Pavilion and they have been an absolute blessing with our last two babies! Thank you Baby Pavilion!”

“Amazing, amazing, amazing. I had the privilege of using baby pavilion with both of my babies! They are dependable and offer amazing services. Its SO EASY to order more bags and products which is super convenient when you’re already so busy with every day life and caring for your new baby. Its bitter sweet ending this chapter in my life and will always recommend baby pavilion to people.”
