“I used Baby Pavilion for a pump and supplies for my first baby and I loved it so much that when I found out I was having another baby, I knew I was going to use Baby Pavilion to order through again!”

“Customer service was quick to respond to my order and answered any and all questions I had, they were priced cheaper for an upgrade pump that I had ordered, then some of the other companies I compared them too. Pump got to me from OH to CA in about 4 days. Only thing I would have appreciated was being able to see the prices online once I was considered qualified online, instead it placed the order before I could see the price of the upgrade, and I would have liked to pay it online, considering the fraudulent calls you can receive with people asking for your information. Other than that I had no issues purchasing from this company and had a great experience”

“My order got cancelled for some reason BUT as soon as I reached out Baby Pavilion acknowledged the issue and sent my pump to me super fast. I really appreciated that! My pump works great and I would recommend Baby Pavilion to any new Tricare Mom.”

“Customer service responded quickly. As soon as I sent them my order form from my doctor, they were able to ship my breast pump within the hour! I received my breast pump within a week, undamaged and it included a tote! This is my first baby and I was unsure how to order the breast pump through tricare, so the speediness and amazing customer service made this experience awesome!”

“Truly a wonderful company. The owner took the time to speak with me and inform me of all the benefits I'm entitled to based on my insurance, as well as took the time to help me with my order. The process was fast and painless, and before long I received a big box of supplies in the mail at no cost to me. Possibly the best company out there for mommas looking to save money on breast pumps and other related goodies.”

“My experience was amazing! The website is quite easy to use! I loved how I was able to select my pump first then added the subscription on my own. My pump was delivered within a week and everything was awesome! I also like the reminder to get my new supplies. I do wish it was easier to get the right size Flanges.”
