“Used their pre-made prescription form for my pump and supplies. Submitted everything at 28 weeks, prescription was confirmed within 24 hours and everything was delivered a week later! I really appreciated how easy the process was and also that I was able to get a free upgrade to the Spectra S1, which wasn't available with other companies.”

“I did a lot of research before choosing Baby Pavilion! I really wanted the original kiinde bags and most companies will only send a cheaper version. I also got a free starter kit! I would also like to add that ordering my pump was super easy. The company faxed my doctor a prescription and then sent me my pump! It really was that easy. Any questions I had were answered super quickly! I haven’t used my pump yet, but fully plan on utilizing the free lactation services offered by the company! Thank you!”

“Literally the best customer service I’ve ever had. Did not have a great experience with baby one but this time I was told to go through baby pavilion. GAME CHANGER. So nice. Supplies got here SO quickly. Literally couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with customer service too. Felt like I was talking to a friend!”

“I love my Spectra pump! The process of ordering was so simple and streamlined it wasn’t at all the headache I thought it would be. I even had a clerical hiccup that I had to reach out to CS about and they got back to me very quickly and it was resolved in a matter of minutes. I’ll definitely be working with Baby Pavilion again if and when I get the chance.”

“Was so excited to get my FREE pump and was so surprised to see how much bonus stuff we receive with the pump. I was worried because the bags for the bottles I chose to use are so expensive but to learn I get free ones every month was awesome!!”
