“Customer service is very friendly and answers questions promptly. I received my pump within 2 weeks and am so excited to be able to use it. It arrived in very good condition. This site has the best bang for your buck options to use insurance for.”

“Baby Pavilion is amazing. I needed a smaller flange size that did not come with the standard set and on a limb I asked if it was covered by my insurance on my next order and to my suprise it was. Thank you!”

“Ordering my pump was very easy! I like that they send out reminder emails to order milk bags (otherwise I will definitely forget). It would be nice if they have pump parts to order instead of going thru the manufacturer.”

“Baby pavilion is very convenient especially using Tricare. It was easy to order and get it shipped. It took less than 3 days for them to read the prescription and get it shipped out. FedEx was the only downside with the shipping, kept giving different dates to be delivered.”

“Baby Pavilion is always ontime and very informative! If ever they are out of something they fix it an make it equally as good! Very great customer service, even offer lactation consulting 24 hrs after an order! They email to remind you to order if you need it and the delivery is very fast!”
