“I was told about baby pavilion by a friend and once I got the link the site was very easy to use. I liked that I had so many options and descriptions to show what was included in each breast pump package. Uploading my prescription was super simple and I got my pump within a few days.”

“This is my 2nd time ordering from BP and they’ve been nothing but great to work with! Customer service has been great and always answers any questions or concerns! I was able to reach out through Facebook messenger since it was the weekend and got a response within 10 minutes! I got the gold spectra the first pregnancy and love it, this time i went with the willow go for hands free option and it arrived in 4 days after placing my order! Both times, the pumps arrived so quickly! I’ll do an update later once i actually use the willow go after baby arrives! Thanks BP for all your help! *bags not in photo but i did get the zomee bags, i wanted to try them Vs the kindee!”

“I've submitted my order over 4 weeks ago. My doctor's office sent Baby Pavilion my prescription twice but my order never progressed. Once I obtained my prescription, sent it to a representative, my order was finally shipped after weeks of waiting for it to be processed. Now my package is 5 days late with no update on arrival. Still have NOT to receive my breast pump I ordered about 5 weeks ago.”

“This is my second time getting my pump through them and they have been amazing. I had to deliver my daughter at 37 weeks and they were able to ship my pump out as soon as possible they helped me decide between the pump I wanted to use for my second child. They also were not like most typical call centers, they took their time and cared about me. I felt like family and comfortable ordering through them.”
