“Baby Pavilion was referred to me by a fellow mama, because they provide the direct pump Kinde bags (approved through Tricare). I was contacted directly by the company owner; he was professional and extremely helpful. He helped my go line by line of the order form and ensured that I had the amount of the items that I needed. The customer service is incredible and I would recommend Baby Pavilion to all the mamas!”

“I really appreciate the monthly storage bag refills and replacement valves, one of the biggest perks ordering through baby pavilion vs others. The quality of the the belly bands, and kind communication with customer service was also a wonderful surprise and perk! Thank you!”

“As a first time mom, I looked to the spouses facebook page for recommendations. I knew all that tricare covered (storage bags, replacements, and the pump itself), but didn't realize the local company I was directed to wouldn't provide anything more than the pump itself. I was worried that would make my ineligible to recieve the accessories Tricare covered. I am so glad another spouse recommended Baby Pavillion! Their staff was friendly, informative, and responsive. The process was seamless even though I went through a different supplier for my pump. I wish I could have given them my business sooner! I received my package in a few days & go! Great service!”

“I (sadly) did not get my pump from Baby Pavilion because I let my doctor’s office start the process for me of ordering it. BIG mistake! If I could go back and start again I would 100% have gone through Baby Pavilion! Their customer service was excellent and they got me all my replacement parts AND the bags I was told I’d get (not the inferior ones from another company)! I will definitely be recommending Baby Pavilion in the future to everyone!”
