“Overall a good experience between two babies with ordering accessories and a pump through Baby Pavillion. They even occasionally send me a reminder to order if I am still lactating. The customer service is responsive. However, they often send me multiple emails to review them every month. I already gave them a good review. Also, my insurance covers 90 Kiinde bags a month, but they usually send just 80. Recently they claimed it was due to supply chain problems, but most of my deliveries have been multiples of 20 to total 80.”

“Really good service. Got a spectra pump, love it. Plus, getting emails to remind me to order new milk bags is great because I know I would never remember on my own. Good to know I'm making full use of my insurance!”

“If you're military (tricare) this is the one! I originally signed up to order a brest pump from another company that made the process hard and annoying. When I asked Naval OB they told me they couldn't recommend one specifically, but said to Google tricare breast pump. This was the first one. I had everything delivered to me in less than a week.”

“My experience was nothing but super positive. I made a mistake on my address and I was able to call and their customer service was super helpful and remedied the problem right away. The breast pump came within a few days. It was packed very well. I am super happy with my experience with baby pavilion!”

“First time mom here and breastfeeding. I was recommended to use Baby Pavilion and was not disappointed. They delivered my pump and supplies within a week! For a first time mom, this was confusing but they helped all the way through. Definitely recommend and choosing them again in the future.”

“I had a very good experience with ordering my breast pump. Communication with the representative through email was great. She answered all my questions. The pump came with in 4 days. Super quick! I highly recommend this company, especially to other military families who use Tricare to order their pumps.”

“While the company is quick to communicate back, it seems like every month is a new struggle and they are solely reactive, not proactive. They originally wouldn't work with me because I just needed bags and not a pump and that wasn't profitable for them. Then I got a pump through them - the Elvie which is terrible and not worth the money but not Baby Pavilions fault - and each month I've had to reach out to find out about getting more bags. It just is a struggle and if I wasn't on top of this, it would get lost in the wind. This isn't something a new mom wants to have to worry about. Honestly, I wish I would have used a different company but my doc had already filled out the forms and I had high hopes based on other reviews.”
