“Excellent customer service! Responded to my questions later on in the evening within the hour. The prescriptions from my provider were accepted without issue, but love that Baby Pavilion offers templates to bring to the office, if needed. Once my order was placed, shipment received quickly! Looking forward to the re-supply shipments once baby girl is here! Thank you so much for all of your help and services. Will definitely recommend to anyone with Tricare”

“I was recommended this company and glad that I was. I appreciated the many options to choose from and was able to get the pump I wanted. They also sent me breast milk bags that I didn't order but will come in handy anyway. I received this quickly and have no complaints.”

“I’m am beyond satisfied with my experience ordering from Baby Pavilion! I’m a first time Mama, so this whole process of ordering pumps and other accessories was very new to me. The representatives were able to review and accept my prescription from my doctor (Tricare) within minutes. Baby Pavilion sent out my package the same day!! I received my package within a week and a half of ordering. I would definitely recommend ordering from them to anyone who asks!”

“It was incredibly easy to order my breast pump! I couldn’t have asked for quicker service, I filled out the online questionnaire, and in 3 days my pump was delivered! I would recommend highly, especially for a first time Mom who doesn’t know what she’s doing. It made it simple and stress-free!”

“I was recommended baby pavilion by a military spouse and I’m so happy I did use their services! I have saved lots of money getting an elvie breast pump! And I love my free monthly breast milk bags! Oh, and it was so helpful in the beginning to have a lactation consultant available 24/7! I called only once but it was so amazing to have someone to talk to and ask all the questions I had. Love baby pavilion! I will continue on recommending them as well :)”
