“I have been using Back on Track products for years first for my horses and then for me. The knee braces have been standby's for my arthritic knees. A few months ago I broke my right ankle. Although it is all healed it still hurts. My most recent purchase is the ankle brace. It makes a huge difference and provides a great deal of comfort and relief.”

“Stellar customer service. I ordered a helmet that did not fit correctly, and their return/refund policy was so awesome and easy to use. I ordered a new helmet and it fit perfectly, but there were a few small defects. They took it back and sent a replacement out immediately. My new helmet is perfect! Comfortable, stylish, and safe!!! “I was thrilled to find this coat for my Schipperke who has multiple health issues. The coat keeps his joints warm, and has helped improve his mobility as a result. I have looked for years to find a replacement similar to one I purchased 15 years ago and wow the Back on Track coat is a hundred times better. The product is great and customer service incredible.”

“This was a re-order of a product I have used for years. I just thought it was time to get a new one. I have an arthritic ankle from an old injury, and the Back on Track ankle brace along with Aleve got me through years of agility runs. I continue to do obedience with my dog, and I always wear the Back on Track brace for training and showing. I also wear it routinely when I go anywhere I expect to do a lot of walking, especially big box stores where the concrete floors are brutal on my ankle. I can tell the difference if I forget to put it on for any of these activities. As far as the current purchase, it came very quickly and it looks as great as the ones of have used for years.”

“Back on Track is wonderful - both their products and their customer service. I have several items for my horses - and they worked so well for them that I bought items for my husband and myself. If I sprain something. . . I put on the Back on Track knee brace - tights - t-shirt - back brace. . . and I heal in half the time.”
