“I like Back On Track products and have purchased coats, beds and wraps for my dogs as well as products for myself. I was very excited when the new cool coat became available and ordered one. Unfortunately, it was too small and I asked for store credit to order a new one. I was pleasantly surprised when they said I could keep the too-small coat and gift it to a friend. What a great, responsible company!”

“Back on track is a great company to deal with. I had purchased a mesh coat for my dog but got the wrong size. I contacted them and was able to return it for full price! I have purchased their other products in stores and love the quality. Thank you to a wonderful company!!”

“Customer service is brilliant. Issues are resolved quickly, packages arrive on time (if not early). I absolutely love that, if you wish to return a product, BoT will refund the purchase price and ask that you donate the product to a local rescue (for many of their products).”

“I love Back On Track products and have worn them for several years purchasing them at the Upperville Hoese Show. I have fibromyalgia and several horse related injuries and wear the tee shirts, all the time, even in the summer at night, the collar is amazing for muscles that are tight and painful in the neck and I wear the ankle brace every single day...I cannot imagine not having Back On Track products !”

“We received OUTSTANDING customer service at the both located at the Equine Affaire last month when one of their devices was having difficulty placing an order for me. “Terrific products, from the "critter" gear to the human clothing. Back on Track has a great product, the ceramic coat for my dog and the boxers for me do exactly what they were designed to do. I have recommended the company to friends, family and my veterinarians.”

“I purchased a coat for my dog. The quality of the product is excellent and customer service ROCKS!!! I attached a photo of my Papillon, Zorro, modeling the coat. He is not sure what to make of it yet, but on cold days at agility trials, he will be toasty warm! Thank you Back on Track USA!”
