“A great company. I purchased a set of therapeutic gloves, but they were too big. Contacted customer service through email they replied within an hour. Problem solved, gloves are great!”

“I go to Back on Track for anything dealing with arthritis or injuries for both my horse and myself. Even convinced my daughter, her boyfriend, his mom, and others and they (we) all love BOT products. I got blankets for my horses and dog and saw great improvement in their general well being.”

“Excellent customer service. My original order was a size I requested for that was too large. They didn't ask for the item back just sent me a new pair no fees. The production is perfect and works really good on my wrists. Thank you!”

“These fit perfectly and comfortably. My dog actually has bad stifles, but i bought these wraps thinking it might help keep her hock area less strained and they work. I have all the horse products and now these and a dog blanket. Love BOT.”

“I called and spoke with a representative, I'm sorry I do not remember her name. I had questions about the Back on track sheet for my horse. She was very helpful answered all my questions was able to tell me from experience how her own horse was doing with back on track. made it easy for me to decide to purchase the product.”

“this works and I refer your products. I also purchased the knee brace for my housekeeper who could not bend her knees without pain she has no pain in her knees and I gave her a shirt that she wears to do the commercial cleaning at night and she can clean without back and shoulder pain. I love the mini pad. It scrunches up nice to use anywhere. Try hugging it. Wonderful technology.”

“I did not measure my dog correctly and so I had to return the current coat and get a refund to get a new one? The customer service rep was awesome, getting back to me very quickly, and assisting me to measure him correctly! Shipping was very quick on both items, and it was easy to send it back! Love the product!”

“My purchase was sent as a gift so I don't have firsthand knowledge of the quality this time but it was shipped quickly with no problems. I have purchased this same small blanket for personal use in the past and was very pleased. Only problem I had was I had to buy more of them because I have 3 dogs who laid claim to the blankets. Now we all have our own! Thank you Back on Track from all of us.”

“Great quality! I paired the black and gold bonnet and pad on my buckskin and have received so many compliments. I have two different types of ?Back on Track? pads for my 18 year old buddy and they work well for him, haven?t had a single back issue.”

“I was looking for a coat for my 1/2 Basset Hound, 1/2 French Bulldog Senior girl. Yep, some pretty weird measurements going on there! I emailed Back On Track with a sizing question and received an immediate reply. They also assured me of their return policy in case it didn't work out! I had to fold the front sleeves back but all else fit her. I like that the coat is so adjustable all over. My Daisy's acupuncture veterinarian actually recommended this company. I'm happy she did!”

“THESE BRACES ARE WORKING WELL ON OUR 14 YEAR OLD LAB BUT YOU SHOULD TRY MAKING THEM IN COLORS...BLACK ON A BLACK DOG IS TOUGH TO SEE TO WORK THE VELCRO STRAPS (HAD TO PUT "X'S" ON THE STRAPS WITH A SILVER SHARPIE TO BE ABLE TO SEE TO UNDO) AND BLACK IN THE DESERT IS TRULY TOO HOT.”
