“I was trying to make a zipline kit order and utilize any coupons available. I had difficulty getting it to apply so paid full price and made a short note on my order. In less than 24 hours I not only got a confirmation that my purchase had been processed, sent, and a "refund" discount applied, I also got a phone call to answer any other questions I might have. Thank you Backyard Ziplines for the discount and more especially for the personal response regarding kits, wire, return policies and more. That was above and beyond regular service and it is much appreciated. We feel strongly about “buying local” and are delighted that you are in Grants Pass, Oregon. We are looking forward to getting this first line up and enjoying the zipline experience. You can be assured that we will be a repeat customer when it comes time to expand our system or need additional parts/supplies. “Great people to do business with. Just the right equipment and all in stock. They happen to be in the same community I live in and I stopped in, got really good advice, bought the right equipment and had my new zip line up and playing with it the same day. I highly recommend this company!”

“Haven't yet set up the zip line but we will comment the service . I think his name was Rob iPortland took our order and before the order was taken we did have several of questions to be answered and was provided he was able to assist also delivery process man I was little bit surprised that we got it so quick which is awesome yes totally recommend friends people if they want to know where I got the zip line I would definitely for sure recommend .”
