“Hello, I am from the UK and wanted a new 60% keyboard so I went with the Anne Pro 2. If you do not know it is very difficult to buy this keyboard with ease with the switches you want from amazon. I ordered from banggood before looking at all of the horrid negative reviews and then was seriously considering getting my money back before it is too late but then reading that they barely ever follow through with refunds I was scared and just thought let's try it. It took 8 days for my keyboard to arrive from China I am guessing to the UK. I did have the order over I think it is 25 dollars so it meant my shipping was tracked. The tracking seemed dodgy as it was very slow on updating where it was. I love it! I am rating this 3 stars because many people get scammed on items here and I believe I was lucky in getting my product. ( I am pretty sure it is because the Anne Pro 2 was developed in China and made there so it was easy for Banggood to supply their stocks with this product since they could get ahold of it so easy. I would recommend honestly buying it from here because it is way cheaper than if it was from amazon the price differ is near $50 for me. Again I only rated this 3 stars because alot of people to this day get scammed by banggood for their other types of products not keyboard related. But also the shipping seems a bit sketchy and is not updated actively. Overall I would recommend buying this Anne Pro 2 keyboard from Banggood BUT BE AWARE FOR ANY OF THE OTHER PRODUCTS PLEASE! DO NOT TAKE THIS REVIEW FOR ALL PRODUCTS THEY SELL! I do not want to be held responsible for any of you spending your own worked for money and being scammed. Have a good day!”

“Moje zdanie na temat BG jest niestety dwojakie i skrajne w opinii. Bardzo się cieszę z wielu zakupów, które dotarły bez problemu. Jest też strona ciemniejsza. Bywało ostatnio, że kupiłem, zapłaciłem ale nie było informacji, że towar wyruszył do mnie. W związku z tym anulowałem zamówienie. Czyli sprzedajemy coś a towary fizycznie nie ma na stanie firmy. Firma dopiero próbuje zorganizowac towar. To jest raczej niedopuszczalna praktyka. U konkurencji, z tym się nie spotkałem. Praktycznie, w tej chwili, nic nie kupuję na BG.”

“I made 248 orders with Bangood and sometimes I had problems, often they were solved easily, but sometimes I got obtuse answers from the special service, with repeated exchange of emails and I also had to resort to Paypal to get back what was due. This time I found Cherry who proved to be awake and capable: there should be more like her. I hope it's not a case.”

“It is the first time I bought on Banggood, but I didn't get may product, I asked for the refund (as well as I made with the other online seller Aliexpress,Gearbest,Wish and Geek, when I diddn't get the product) but it has been a little difficult and so easy to ask for a right of mine(to have the refund when I don't get the item). I hope it will be easier in the future”
