“I purchased a solar powered security camera from Banggood. The camera seems to work but the app required to use the camera has a serious problem. I can't subscribe to a service that allows storing large, continuous videos in the cloud.”

“A compra demorou muito mais que o combinado, mas não posso atribuir ao Banggood, pois o problema pode ter sido a maldita greve de nossos Correios. O mandril que comprei veio certinho como anunciado, mas faltou informação sobre a rosca do modelo que o mandril se adapta e não deu para a minha esmerilhadeira Angular Black&Decker G 650 60 Hz laranja 220V.”

“I am a little disappointed that the shoes are more casual than the dress shoes that I thought I was buying. I am keeping them because they are so comfortable. They look very nice with a pair of jeans!”

“The delivery was well in advance of the planned date and I was absent for 10 days. I finally found the package at the rear of the house behind the door shutters. No paperwork was left. My neighbour was checking the letterbox every day and I thought the package had been undelivered or stolen”

“Was notified 12 days after ordering that items were not in stock Even though the site said plenty stock. Asked for refund and one week later was told items were being dispatched, took another 10 days to receive.disapointing customer service, delivery time was what I expected”

“Hi . Thanks for a early delivery, you guys are awesome. The connectors are good quality, unfortunately I ordered the wrong crimping tool ( to small ) Then for the bad news, your app is complicated and the “ help / contact us “ doesn’t work lastly, no were could find an contact email address, to get help to order the right crimping tool . I get the impression you don’t want to be contacted. I have ordered another tool last week Friday and hope it’s the correct one as I’m sad to say it will be my last order . Kind regards Jacques Rossouw”
