“The customer service experience I had with Bare Cremation was quite simply second to none, that is, brilliant. The clarity of the discussions initially, the ability to totally take on a job and do it virtually without me having to lift a finger and without me having to worry about anything, the completion of the service before I had to pay one single cent, the value for money and the caring nature of the staff, it was all brilliant. I congratulate them whole-heartedly. I only wish they were in a line of business which I had a need for more often!”

“My Mum & Dad purchased a Bare cremation package in 2022. We lost Mum at the end of July 2025. From the first phone call made to Bare we recieved care and compassion and felt supported. Access to a Dashboard that tracked the process made tasks easier. The arranger we had made contact by phone and sent regular emails to keep us updated and check in on our general wellbeing. I highly recommend Bare Funerals & Cremation Services.”

“The care and compassion Bare gave to me at such a difficult time was the comfort I needed after the passing of my beloved mum. Being allocated a person who walked me through everything was a godsend. My mums ashes were personally delivered to me with love and empathy. I would not hesitate to recommend Bare Funerals to anyone suffering the loss of a loved one. Forever thankful ❤️”

“Very pleased that we chose Bare. The staff that delt with us were extraordinary. The helpfulness from them was unbelievable. “Both my wife & I chose bare because we wanted a service that would cause the least amount of heart ache for our family . Sitting in a chapel had always felt uncomfortable. My wife passed away , she was taken care of with respect & returned to us with kindness. We were able to send her off at a casual function with probably finances saved by using Bare. A lot of noise & laughter, she would have loved it . Thanking all concerned at Bare .”

“Staff were so helpful, friendly and supportive. With the passing of my mum Bare made the organising of all that had to be done so easy and without any stress. The gentleman that came to the home to pick up mum was so kind and thoughtful, and treated her with the upmost respect. Thankyou for your great service in such a sad time.”

“I cannot rate Bare Funerals enough, we had a prepaid contract and when the time came it was executed very professionally and kindly. Nearly everthing was done without us having to lift a finger, it made the painful process so much easier to bear.”

“The team at Bare were amazing and I can't speak highly enough of their service, delivered with compassion and efficiency. I'd never organised a funeral (like most people) and was expecting days of organisation and decision making at a time when it's the last thing one wants to deal with. It took only one phone call to Bare and they took care of everything, while keeping me updated with emails, phone calls and the online dashboard. I was able to focus on taking care of my family while they did everything in the background. I would recommend them to anyone”

“I would highly recommend Bare to anyone needing a cremation service! The staff were wonderful and very caring! They were in contact ever step of the way keeping me updated on when my loved one was collected from the hospital and when the cremation would take place. A lovely lady hand delivered my loved one back home to me in person. I really couldn't fault Bare at all!”

“I decided to use BARE Funerals after a recommendation from a neighbour who had used them. There really isn't enough words to tell you how caring,understand and easy to communicate with. From my first contact to the last time we spoke they were wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone that is thinking of having a very simple funeral to make contact with BARE.”

“Bare assisted me during covid when my mum passed. I was so very happy to have some one on the phone guiding me though the process. 10 out if 10. My daughter in passed unexpectedly and i called Bare, the response was unbelievable so much compassion, they helped my son though a very difficult time. Bare is the best Organisation i have dealt with in time of distress no pressure jut compassion and they listen to you.”

“The initial process was amazing, the sign up and the communication when collecting the body - brilliant They have a dashboard so you can monitor where they are in the process Then without warning I received my Grandad in the mail, I was advised someone would reach out to me after I contacted them and did not receive that contact If that process had gone smoothly I would easily have rated 5 out of 5 but surprise Grandad in a box was not a good experience”
