“The customer service experience I had with Bare Cremation was quite simply second to none, that is, brilliant. The clarity of the discussions initially, the ability to totally take on a job and do it virtually without me having to lift a finger and without me having to worry about anything, the completion of the service before I had to pay one single cent, the value for money and the caring nature of the staff, it was all brilliant. I congratulate them whole-heartedly. I only wish they were in a line of business which I had a need for more often!”

“a week ago New Can highly recommend everyone that I have had to deal with at bare , has made this whole situation of having to do a service for my mum that had passed away on the 28th May so much smoother and less stressful at this most difficult time of my life having to do this for my mother , you don’t realise how much is involved into laying your loved one to rest and I can’t thank the people at bare enough for all of there love and support at this time”

“From my initial phone call to receiving my brother's ashes via mail as I live interstate, Bare handled everything with kindness and respect. My Funeral Arranger was always available to answer my concerns and advising me of every stage in the process. Having experienced traditional funeral parlours, Bare Funerals will be my future choice. “When my mother died unexpectedly we had nothing planned. I was told be a friend to contact Bare. I am so glad I did. Step by step they guided me through a difficult time and took away so much stress trying to arrange my mother’s funeral arrangements. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Bare for your friendliness, compassion and professionalism.”

“We chose Bare as our cremation provider as we wanted a professional service with as little complication as possible. Being able to attend to everyting online made things even smoother, as we lived quite a distance from our father's hospice. Our father did not want a formal funeral, just a cremation and a life celebration a little further down the track. So knowing that he was in good hands, and would be personally delivered to us quickly after the cremation was a burden lifted. Bare staff were careful, supportive and dignified in all their communications, never making us feel pressured. We would highly recommend their services to anyone needing an excellent and simple cremation service.”
