“I had a hard time deciding between all the flavors. I ordered Love Connection (chocolatety coconut), and Santa's White Christmas (coconutty caramel). They are both delicious! The flavors are smooth and sweet. So good! I can't wait to order more, but I am so happy with my first purchase! Will definitely be back for other flavors!”

“The flavored decafs are good but extremely weak in flavor. Tastes like regular coffee with no distinct flavor. I also would like whole bean rather than ground coffee.”

“Still waiting for my order. I tracked the package it says label has been created no timeframe of delivery. I ordered it on November 15. I emailed customer service and This is the response I received Dear Valued Customer, We look forward to assisting you. For more immediate assistance, please call 1-800-284-1416. Our office hours are 8AM to 3PM EST, Monday through Thursday. We'll do our best to respond promptly to your message. Please allow up to 2 business days for follow up. I have ordered in the past and received my order in a timely fashion. Of course they have my money but I have no product. Will probably not order again.”

“I ordered from the barnie's site---sent a coffee flavor as a gift to someone in another state. Paid the shipping fee. Instead of delivering the coffee to their apartment...they left a note stating my person had to go pick it up. The person WAS home at the time --they work from home. Nobody rang their doorbell. Why charge me a fee if you are not going to deliver it? Did not make a 2nd delivery attempt, nothing. I won't order again. The coffee may be good, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They used UPS. UPS screwed up...and nobody took accountability. Order thru amazon--Amazon has never had issues making a delivery to this address.....”

“I bought their English Salted Toffee flavored coffee from World Market, and it was absolutely awful. It tastes like they took very old, oxidated coffee and smacked on the flavoring. It tasted so bitter, left a horrible after taste, and even creamer could do nothing to salvage it. These guys know absolutely nothing about making good coffee. Coffee should not be this bitter.”

“I ordered 12 bags of santas white christmas. I was disappointed it is no longer white. The taste is not the same. How can you continue to call it by swc. I've been drinking swc for over 30 years and now I have to find a new coffee. I wish Barnies would go back. I now have 12 bag s of swc that will last a lifetime. If your line changes PLEASE contact me.”

“I have been using Barnie’s since I opened my bake shop last year. The flavors are delicious. I especially love that they come in decaf too since I cannot drink much caffeine. 2 thumbs up! 10 out of 10!”

“We love the coffee and enjoy using it. It just takes so long when you order it for it to come. I had ordered it as a gift and had to do something else because it did not arrive in time. I was told it would ship out in 2 to 3 days but it took a week or more. Then another week to arrive.”
