“My last two orders were placed and received without any problems. However, a while back, I contacted Barnies about an order I tried to place, both by phone and by web and it took them 3 days to respond by email and by then I was unable to take advantage of their offer as I was away. It was disappointing.”

“I would LOVE to give 5 stars, but my order took 2 1/2 weeks to reach me...it was “in transit” for 2 weeks. Barnie’s did give me a discount on a future order. Maybe consider a different delivery method than Fed-Ex!”
