“some flavors only come in 24 pack, which is too much for trying a new coffee; but that is my only complaint. I took a gamble and bought the 24 pack of Southern Pecan and Kona and both are delicious .”

“Very easy to navigate the website. I love that I'm able to view past orders & click on an item to create a new order. Only thing stopping 5 stars is not being able to print a clean copy of my order details. When printing it shows everything showing on the webpage which causes the order details to be scattered over multiple pages instead of concise information on 1. Love the coffee though!!”

“My order was lost in the tracking. I contacted the 800 number to report that I did not receive my coffee. I was told that a new order would me sent to me at no charge. I hope to receive the new shipment Jan 3 2018. Thanks for a quick response to a lost order.”
