“Great products but customer service is sadly lacking. It's been over 48 hours without my phone calls or emails returned. I order out of state & now rethinking future orders. Also have shared this experience with my family, friends and colleagues. Really disappointed in this. Especially after I bragged to everyone how great this company is only to be shown how little my business means.”
