“I love Barnie's Coffee. I used to go to the shop in out local mall until they closed about 10 years ago. I'm so glad to see the coffee online now. Your coffee is so full of taste and flavor. I really like all the combinations. The chocolate hazelnut is to die for!! And of course, Santa's White Christmas is fabulous. Thank you for maintaining your standards and being online!.”

“Paying $7 for FedEx shipping of orders and waiting two weeks to receive the order is the main reason why I haven't placed orders regularly for the past few years. I do receive the promo emails but they seem to appear after I place an online order. Please note that I received this survey about my recent order and I have not yet received that order per tracking information, I won't for another week.”

“I love Santa's White Christmas so I was excited to try the Cool Cafe Blues. Just personally (not a huge coffee flavor fan) I expected to smell and taste the notes listed in it. It smelled and tasted like regular unflavored coffee. I will be giving this away to coffee lovers and just go back to my Santa's White Christmas blend. I'm sure if love coffee flavor it's fine and is Barnie's quality.”

“I can't say enough good things about Barnie's Coffee and Tea Co. First of all the service is always great, I have never had a problem with any of my orders. Second, the quality of the coffee and flavor is always present and consistent. When I am having a rough day I simply brew myself a cup and go to my happy place. Thank your Barnie's!”

“You've always had great coffee, it's your distribution that's wanting. Invest in the infrastructure needed, it will be worth it. Don't stay small, the product will take you to great heights. I've been a customer since the McKisson building on Primrose Ave. It was wooden racks then. The change to FedEx delivery was quality. A much better choice than UPS/USPS”

“This was the second time I've ordered from Barnie's. I find the easy of ordering to be fantastic. The coffee is very flavourful and tasty. I like the options of flavours that are offered in the decaf section. Due to health issues, I can only have decaf and the selection available is great.”

“I’ve been drinking Barnie’s coffee since the early 90’s. I’ve tried coffees from all over the world and none ever come even close to the quality and flavor of theirs. By far they have the BEST flavored coffees as well. The big chains don’t hold a candle to the taste of Barnie’s. My favorite flavored coffee is Santa’s White Christmas - I drink it iced and all year long.”

“I had ordered 3 bags of White Christmas in March but got 3 bags of plain coffee. I was able to talk to someone and they resent the 3 bags but again I got 3 bags of plain coffee. I've since called, left a message, and emailed but no response at all.”

“I've been drinking Barnie's since I was in college in Tampa and made pilgrimages to their Winter Park base. Forty years later, I'm in Vermont (awesome java scene here) and Barnie's still has my heart. I order every few months and try the new flavors - - Very Berry Blackberry Pound Cake is killer - - and am never without it in my kitchen. GREAT customer service, too!”
