“I have had excellent service from the Glasgow offices of Barrhead Travel and all members of staff hve always extremely helpful amd most obliging. They follow up your enquiry with "Rapid response" and do not "Pester you", as other Travel Agencies do. We have had 2 cruises and everything went very smoothly and any problems were not necessarily of their making (Overseas Agents / Cruise Line). I did mention one problem from our most recent cruise and was immedoately contacted direct from the Manager of the Departmeny and received the reqisite response. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barrhead Travel and their excellent staff and will definitely be usung them for all holiday travel. They certainly merit their excelleny status in the Travel Industry as they have been performing to the highest standards for years. Any company is only as good as the staff, who have certainly received first class training from Management to perform at this level. I had used Barrhead travel during my business career and they have gone from strength to strength Thank you and well done Barrhead Travel.”

“Very helpful 1st class service ???????? booked to go to Tunisia ???? Agent phoned the same day & offered me ALL my money back or pick another holiday ???? wasn't sure where to go just wanted a holiday (1st family holiday) Jackie advised Turkey ?????? couldn't have had a better holiday ??????????????????”

“Booked a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer and cruise to Alaska at the Newton Mearns branch. We also stayed in Vancouver for 3 nights. The recommendations from staff were excellent and we were extremely happy with the service.”

“We booked our holiday and were not given the confirmation slip at the time of booking. With around ten weeks to go we went in to pay it and I was then asked for all of the money upfront and then hassled about my lack of knowledge about when to pay because we had not received the confirmation slip at the time of booking. I asked to see the manager but was told they were unavailable. We emailed our complaint but had no response. This company just wants your money and doesn't care how you are treated. The only time I felt I was treated well was if I brought my husband with me!”

“I spoke to a sales person who gave me a price and information for a holiday and when I called back the following day she was off and I was passed to 3 different people who all gave me varying prices and info for the same holiday. Had I not been a previous customer of Barrhead Travel I would probably have gone elsewhere. As it was I just called back to speak to the first person when she came back to work and fortunately the holiday was still available. I didn't feel the experience was very professional. It won't stop me from using B T again though.”

“VIKING TOURS PROVIDED US WITH THE MOST WONDERFUL WAY TO SEE CHINA,IT INCLUDED THE YANGTSI RIVER CRUISE ,INCLUDING THE THREE GORGES,PLUS NUMEROUSE STOPOFFS AT LOCAL PLACES OF INTEREST. GREAT HOTELS IN SHANGHIA AND BEIJING. TOURS OF THE PANDA ZOO,THE TERRACOTTA WARRIORS,THE GREAT WALL TINNAMAN SQUARE AND THE FORBIDDEN CITY. SHIP CUISINE AND RESTUARANTS FIRST CLASS. THE TOUR GUIDE AND COURIERS WERE FIRST CLASS,ALL THROUGH THE TOUR. HIGHLY RECCOMEDED.”

“Staff very helpful and courteous. Eager to please so that you get a great deal to suit your budget. They troll their computer till you are pleased with what is found and advise you what hotel and flights to take. Nothing is a problem for the staff, they are there to serve. Very pleased with my agent in Dundee.”
