“I ordered a leather band and got a brittle, unpliable alligator-stamped band that I was told to "break in" by bending it back and forth. It was a beautiful burgundy color so I'm sorry that I had this trouble but they were more than helpful in explaining what to do. When it still didn't get more flexible, they offered me a full refund - certainly unexpected. I will make another attempt to purchase a different kind of band that they might suggest as more flexible because of the very attentive customer service Barton provided.”

“Design and quality of leather is above average. Although "Quick Release" is convenient it is not as secure as conventional pin attachment”

“This is the third Elite Silicone band that I have purchased, and the second black one. I replaced the last black band that I've worn every day for the past 3 years. They look great on my dive watch and are very comfortable, and also inexpensive. I will continue to buy them as long as I have my watch.”

“High quality, ingenious design, very comfortable to the skin and fantastic for long intervals of wearing times. This is my second band for another watch and the first is like the day I purchased it and it stays in my wrist 24/7. I will continue to buy Barton bands, like I buy watches!!!”

“Received the two watch bands in a timely manner however, I intended to order just one. Your website continually pushes to purchase more products than the consumer wishes to buy. The checkout process became very confusing. And after I realized I bought two identical watch bands I tried to get into the ‘cart’ to cancel the one band only to find a “thank you for your order.” Try to revise the check out policy.”
