“Absolutely stunning beauty and quality. Although it only comes in a standard size which is too small for me. I need a “Long” watchband.”

“The band broke very quickly after using it not too long. You guys sent me a new one after I just sent an email asking for it to be resolved—I didn’t necessarily specify that I wanted a new one so seemed a bit funny. If the new one breaks quickly again I’ll assume your products are super low quality.”
