“I’m unable to get the adapter to fit. I can get it very close, but the spring bar cannot latch. The product is useless without the ability to use the adapter.”

“16mm spring bars didn't fit my gshock, rendering the strap useless. The adapters and strap itself is very cheaply made but will do the job. I'll never buy another Barton product.”

“So disappointed! Countless tries and the watch bands keep popping out and won’t stay inside the tiny holes that are supposed to lock it in. The band actually fell off at the restaurant I went to —( the first time I thought I had finally got it it to stay! ) nice color shades but I’m really disappointed…”

“I have purchased Manu watch bands from Barton in the past and have been very pleased. My last purchase nit so much. I can't get the band on th watch. I don't know if it is because of th lugs on yje watch or if the band Is to thick. I am going to my nearest Jewrly store to see if they can get it on. If nit I will be returning my purchase”

“Ordered 4 bands, but I only received 3 of the 4 ordered. The 3 bands took over 4 weeks to receive with me inquiring where was my product. Still missing one band and have not received any recent communication from them. Horrible customer service and follow up.”

“1 out of 5. Didn't care for the band material. Looked like cheap plastic, not silicone. Returned. I usually buy leather bands fro you but got tired of replacing them every year because the color rubbed off. The customer service was great. Very reponsive For this reason, I'll try to find a different band.”

“If I could give less than one star, I would. This was the worst online purchase I ever made, with the worst customer service, the worst follow-up, and basically the worst everything. I ordered bands in early November 2022 and just received them days ago. I sent numerous emails, and they responded to them 2 months later. Literally. They kept on apologizing for their poor customer service, that they recognized their failures, were understaffed, blah blah blah, but nothing changed. It was irritating, time-consuming, and downright infuriating. The only thing that was "on time" was their charging of my credit card. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Let's see if they have the balls to post this. I'm guessing not.”

“Considering this product was delivered to my door on Wednesday 5th April (Sydney, Australia) I'm unimpressed with the condition of what appears to be a brand-new product. I wore it that same day for 4 hours (and haven't worn it since) to attend a wedding and I couldn't help but look down at it with disappointment, it looked as if this particular band is DIRTY and worn repetitively for years on end. There's no consistency with the colour, almost like a build-up of dirt and sweat. I kindly ask that you can send a better condition of the same product I paid for.”
