“As always the band arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The sizing is also spot on. The band is one of many i have from Barton in particular this is an elite silicon band which is comfortable, durable,great looking”

“Good afternoon, I believe Barton watch bands are good quality however the customer service and accuracy of the orders is not good. I ordered a watch band on 1 Jan 23, I did not receive the band until 25 Jan 23, and then when it did arrive it was not the band I had ordered. I contacted customer service on 26 Jan 23 and have not heard anything back.”

“I bought a repeat order because my previous strap broke. I did not want to "complain" about strap #1 so I just bought a new one. (You did not offer me a free replacement when I told my story - which was disappointing). When strap #2 arrived it was the wrong size ("20" instead of "22" on strap #1). I am now the owner of two Barton straps, one broke and one the wrong size. Your website led me to believe that you are passionate specialists - I'd love to see how you can help me.”

“They lie about when things will be shipped. They do not respond to emails asking for updates on order. Not worth dealing with a company that treats its customers this poorly.”

“Unfortunately, I never received the watch band. USPS says they left it in the parcel locker in my development. But...they must have put it in the wrong box. I never got it. I realize that isn;t your fault... I was excited to get the band.”

“Very comfortable and nice quality. I have 4 Barton Bands and this is by fair the softest. I have a silicone and leather in order so it will be nice to see how they compare. The sailcloth definitely elevates the watch.”

“Of all the Barton watch straps I have the Elite Silicone is my favorite. I have it in a Shinola Chronograph in a goldtone and it is classy and sporty. Get many compliments already. The value and quality are exceptional and the customer care is also top notch.”
