“The first time my item was dispatched it didn’t turn up and tracking on couriers website stopped working so I contacted Barton who sorted it out quickly but I did need to chase for dispatch confirmation.”

“One of the best places to order from. If it doesn't fit, send it back. They send out the right size before you even send back the first one ordered. I would not hesitate to order from them again.”

“The wrong size was sent on 5 watch bands. Quality seems fine but I only opened 1 and realized they sent the larger size Apple Watch band. My satisfaction will depend on how easily they return these and exchange for me.”

“I paid for 5-7 day delivery on the 20th and it's the 31st and it's still not here, my address was clear, not sure if it's ever going to be received as the USP does not give details on delivery date.”

“Great straps at a good price. Seem to be of good quality but since I am new to their straps I will have to wait and see how they hold up. The customer service is great as I needed to return one of the straps due to my changing mind on the one of them ...ordered three in total. Plan on ordering a few more in the near future. Ordered and kept the following: Nantucket Blue | Crafted Canvas and Smoke & Linen | Nylon NATO Style.”
