“I accidentally bought the watch band for the wrong watch and since I do not have an account I was dreading the return process. However Josh P started a chat with me 23 mins before closing. Not only was I able to make a return but I bought the new band with no additional fuss and time to spare. Thanks Josh !!!”

“Excellent quality, the bands look really smart. The only slight criticism would have is that the 'Karki' colour band I bought looks more like cream to me, it still looks good though.”
