“Wearing watch now - excellent product”

“Recently acquired a Tissot Gentleman Powermatic 80 and wished to adorn it with a fabric strap. I originally purchased the Tissot strap. While I liked the look on the watch I didn’t like how it looked or felt on the wrist. I returned the Tissot strap and went for the “Smoke Grey Cordura Fabric And Silicone Hybrid Watch Band” and couldn’t be happier with the appearance and feel. Time will tell as to how well it holds up but it’s going strong after two weeks of daily wear and I’m eager to try other Barton Watch Bands offerings in the future.”

“I erred when ordering my bands. I chatted with Josh via text chat. He helped me with ordering the correct bands for my Apple Watch. He was a big help. Give Josh a raise. When I received the correct bands they were great. Nice quality, price, everything. My only complaint is that I found the website to be a bit confusing.”

“AWFUL! Got the wrong size band in the mail and have tried to contact Barton FOR DAYS; no one has gotten back to me. You say 100% satisfaction or your money back, well, I want my money back! I have called and emailed to no avail. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have not been able to wear my watch for over two (2) weeks now; a lot of good this watchband does me by sitting in a box and I still don't know what recourse I have! I would send it back but don't know if I'll even get my money back! JUST AWFUL”
