“The quality of the band is great. My issue is with the color. It is sold as a band for the Moonswatch, but instead of being black/grey, the color is more like black/tan. It does not match the grey of the Moonswatch, and looks a bit "off". I ended up using a nato strap that was a better color match.”

“I love the look of the watch but small circles that hold the excess strap when it's on buckled on is too loose. The strap keeps coming out and annoying.”

“There a manufacturing issue/defect with a 20mm dark blue "sail cloth" strap that I purchased. Barton acknowledged the issue and refunded me promptly.”

“The band is great quality and would be exactly what I was looking for but for it being way too short for my wrist (with no sizing options) and took around 3 weeks to arrive in UK.”

“First, the band looks great, however with just a few days of wearing, it is starting to fray at the edges. It was very easy to add to the watch and I truly like the idea behind the band and will give it some more time, maybe even try a different style. Honest review.”

“no instructions, received the wrong springs for the adaptor but luckily i had extra ones that were the right size. once on, it looks nice just the band itself seems thinner than what it appeared in the pictures.”

“Quality of the watch band is fantastic. It's the fact that I've had endless numbers of emails and marketing and offers to join their watch band club, and I've tried unsubscribing, but they keep coming. LOL and this message below presumes I used customer service, which I didn't, yet they don't give an n/a option. C'mon folks.”

“This was my 3rd or 4th Barton purchase, so I am generally pleased with the products. However, this time, I ordered 3 NATO straps, black, gray, and navy. The gray and the navy are so dark (NOT like on the website), they all three look almost black. Very disappointed with the colors.”

“You sent me the wrong band,what I got is not what I ordered, others have made similar complaints. How will you fix this? I need a explanation. I ordered a weathered brown and you shipped a finished one. After I sent in a complaint and a review seems like they shipped me another band, thats commendable and am looking forward to seeing if it's the one on their website, I really wanted the one shown...any thing other wouldn't go with my antique watch....will keep you posted.”
