The product itself is great, just what I was looking for, good quality, just as pictured, and a very good price! The only negative is how long it took to receive the band after ordering (over 3 weeks), could not reach company, was not trackable (even after downloading the tracking app sent in an email). It was a gift that was given way late. Website says a Texas co., so not sure why the incredibly long wait for the band. But very happy with the actual band!

The band is nice. If you order the wrong size or want to exchange you are screwed. Worst customer service ever!

Unfortunately the connecting ends of each band are alittle to large,rubbed against the watch and wore off the top layer of tan color.Other than that,it is a very nice band.George Woods.

It is way too short for me to wear. I sent an email about exchanging it but haven't heard back yet.

I would be able to if that was what I received. We got the correct band but the metal clasp is wrong. My wife has and is still trying to contact you guys to get the correct product.

Love the 2 length option, but the rubber used is stiff and uncomfortable. If you used a softer more pliable rubber like your other rubber straps you would smack it out of the park!!!

First time user, probably won't be back. The three straps I bought fell short of expectations from a design perspective not quality though, they are well put together.

Nice watch band, horrible shipping experience. It took 17 days to ship and deliver a tiny watch band within the US. Until delivery practices change I can not recommend this product.

Barton bands are very hit or miss. I've bought 4 different ones and only 2 were good. The other 2 were terrible. GREAT customer service though.
