“The watch bands are well made and priced well, however, customer service is terrible, not responsive at all.”

“Unfortunately the connecting ends of each band are alittle to large,rubbed against the watch and wore off the top layer of tan color.Other than that,it is a very nice band.George Woods.”

“I would be able to if that was what I received. We got the correct band but the metal clasp is wrong. My wife has and is still trying to contact you guys to get the correct product.”

“Love the 2 length option, but the rubber used is stiff and uncomfortable. If you used a softer more pliable rubber like your other rubber straps you would smack it out of the park!!!”

“Nice watch band, horrible shipping experience. It took 17 days to ship and deliver a tiny watch band within the US. Until delivery practices change I can not recommend this product.”

“The straps definitely do their job. But they are not particularly premium. The buckles are cheap, the silicone castings have sometimes obvious seams, and they do not taper. The sailcloth strap feels cheap.”
