“Barton's size specifications are helpful and exact. Pricing is more than fair--roughly half the price that brand itself wanted. To top it off, the watch band arrived a just a few days. I already have gone through my watches to see what other bands I might replace through Barton's services.”

“The first band I bought was not wide enough and looked a bit skimpy. So I bought a wider one which I had to trim a tiny bit so it would fit the pin opening. It is a black alligator band and looks and feels great.”

“Enjoyed working with Barton Watch Band company. I would say the only downfall that I had for the company is that when I ordered the watch bands I was unsure to what size was my watch so the first set of bands was the wrong size I sent those back for the right size but had to pay a $7 shipping wish the company had some sort of shipping label sent with bands or I can print off label from email to send back. I had to pay $7 dollars to ship those watch bands back which washed out the promotional saving I received when I bought 3 bands. Otherwise, everything is working well thus far but usually a product like this is graded on how long they hold up and have only had the watch bands for 5 days. We will see.”

“They have great customer service. I didn't like my initial watch band (nothing wrong with the band, I just didn't like the style). They agreed to exchange the band for another style and shipped the replacement before I returned the first one.”
