“I recently ordered 3 Jetson NATO straps from Barton in khaki, black with gray edges and grey with khaki edges. The hardware is very nice, as is the stitching, but the standout feature is the seat belt nylon material. It has a very luxurious, silky feel and a radiant sheen to it that just screams "quality." However, I do have a small problem with the grey/khaki strap, my favorite of the bunch, that I do not have with the other two straps. It is very hard to pass the end of the strap through the fabric loop keeper, due to a rough edge on the side and a small split (less than half a mm) on the free strap end. After some minimal clipping and flaming in those areas, the problem is improved to the point I can use the strap, but it is in no way perfect, i.e. it's harder than I think it has to be. As I said, the other two straps have not exhibited this problem...yet. Otherwise, the straps are beautiful, and I would recommend them. I do have a small beef with the time it took to get my bands. Four days by USPS from downtown Austin to Cedar Park, TX where I live (20 miles) is just too long, even for free shipping. It looks as if there was a whole day's delay in getting the package out of your shipping department and into the USPS system. It took as long for your straps to go 20 miles as it did for another company's bands to reach me from Sweden (!) for $9.95.”

“I ordered the Apple Watch Toffee Brown Alligator Grain Band. The band that arrived was not for an Apple Watch, it was the quick release version. I sent an e-mail to customer service. I received a response in less than a day apologizing for the error and stating that the correct band was being shipped that day. That's customer service! Plus, I love the band.”
