“Considering this product was delivered to my door on Wednesday 5th April (Sydney, Australia) I'm unimpressed with the condition of what appears to be a brand-new product. I wore it that same day for 4 hours (and haven't worn it since) to attend a wedding and I couldn't help but look down at it with disappointment, it looked as if this particular band is DIRTY and worn repetitively for years on end. There's no consistency with the colour, almost like a build-up of dirt and sweat. I kindly ask that you can send a better condition of the same product I paid for.”

“I have purchased several bands from Barton, and all have been great. I recently received one with a defect. The tiny knob on the quick-change spring bar was broken. Barton replaced it immediately with a new band. All I needed was the spring bar, but they replaced the entire band. Why would I rate a defective bank a 10? Because of the great customer service!”
