“Nice watch band but it took over 2 weeks to get it and had a smart-ass customer service person who deserves to be fired or smacked one or the other never buy anything from this company again”

“Wrong size. Somehow, I missed the fact that I needed a 22mm band. There was no option for me to select anything but the 20mm you shipped me.”

“Its perfect, honestly. Comfortable under all conditions, wide choice of adjustments, best strap keeper there is and quick attach and release feature is the best. Excellent two tone color choices and two straps lengths is a bonus. Love small buckle and strap finish pattern too.”

“I ordered two bands from Barton. They shipped extremely slowly and when I received my package there was only one band included. I contacted customer service and they shipped the missing band however it took 3 weeks to arrive. Not happy with the speed of their shipment and customer service”

“An Excellent quality band, Excellent quality leather, and Excellent customer focused company. I massaged my new band in Leather Honey, (several times) to break it in, (makes it more supple) and improves its’ water resistance.”
